Please use the following guidelines to ensure a smooth delivery of your merchandise

Inspect your shipment upon arrival and note any damaged or defective goods if any. You have 7 days to notify us of damaged goods. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO INSTALL A DAMAGED FIXTURE. In the case of damaged goods, contact UPS as soon as possible. In the case of defective goods contact us. If possible please include photos of the defective goods in your e-mail, This will aid in communication and help expedite a resolution to the problem. Damaged and/or defective goods should be properly packed in original packaging and returned to us within 15 days of original delivery. Replacements will be sent upon return of original goods at no additional charge to you. Please contact us for further instructions prior to returning merchandise. Please order carefully because returns that are not either damaged or defective will be subject to return shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee (industry standard).

All returns must have authorization from the factory. Unauthorized returns or freight collect shipments will be refused.
